Timeframe
Returns and refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
